Q. WHAT IF I AM SUPER BUSY AND DON'T HAVE TIME?
Aren't we all busy? We as humans will make time for what we consider important. That's a fact. It's part of my job as a fitness coach to design the program AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE and teach you how to implement this program into your lifestyle.
I work with many nurses, accountants, entrepreneurs and college students putting in 60+ hours per week and we're still able to get it done. "I don't have time" is not an excuse.

Q. HOW DOES THE MEAL PLAN WORK?
I teach the ins-and-outs of flexible dieting and use of macros (with the use of my education, experience and training). Through flexible dieting, you will be able to fuel your body without much restriction. This is NOT a fad diet, this is a lifestyle. This dieting style is science-backed and is proven to work. This is something that I have been utilizing since day 1. It will be sustainable and teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle with foods you enjoy.
I will also design you a meal plan to follow if you prefer structure!
Q. WHAT DOES THE WORKOUT PLAN CONSIST OF?
Your workout plan will be 100% personalized to you and your goals, experience level, busy schedule, injuries, etc. Your entire program will be held on my Blake Holman Fitness mobile app! Here you will be able to log your sets, reps and weight used, and you will be given a virtual calendar so you know exactly what to do each day of the week.
The best part is, you will find very detailed workout tutorial videos for every single exercise that you are assigned. Complete clarity and simplicity.
Q. WHAT IF I AM BRAND NEW TO THE GYM? WILL THE WORKOUTS BE TOO HARD?
This program is for all levels of experience. Your workout plan will be 100% personalized to you and your goals, experience level, busy schedule, injuries, etc.
Q. WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PERFORM SOME EXERCISES?
My Blake Holman Fitness mobile app (where your program will be held) holds very detailed workout tutorial videos for every single exercise that you are assigned. If you don't know how to perform a certain exercise, simply click the video in the app and it will explain it in great detail :)
Q. WILL I BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE?
I have permission to call you out if you are not following the plan! Also, you will be REQUIRED to check in with me every single Sunday by the end of the day. It is a very simple process but keeps you on your toes and you will be able to visually see your progress from the week before.
